An exciting & varied Business Analyst position has come available with our client, one of Australia's most recognized & respected names in Financial Services, working within an in-house Information Security and Cyber Security Programs team in the Sydney CBD.
Working on a range of business and technology projects concurrently, the Business Analyst will be required to act as a Project Lead/Project Manager on occasion, and deliver work-streams end-to-end. Responsibilities will include;
- Identify and evaluate business needs, analysing requirements and detailed functional specifications
- Define behaviour models using user cases, storyboards etc
- Model business domains using process diagrams, flowcharts and data models
- Deliver project work in a flexible environment, whether it be within Agile, Waterfall or Prince 2 methodologies
- Maintain strong relationships with a vast range of stakeholders across technology and functional business areas
About you
You will be a seasoned Business Analyst with circa 5 years experience both in Business and Technology projects, with a solid understanding of Security topics (Cyber Security, Identity Access Management, Information Security), or preferably, experience of working in Cyber Security projects previously. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and previous use of JIRA/Confluence is ideal, as is the ability to network internally and be proactive with stakeholders & decision makers.
