Our client is a leading national organization and is seeking an innovative and experienced Service Delivery Manager to be directly responsible for the core data centre and application services being delivered by partners of the business. 

Role Requirements 

• Working with managed services providers based on evolving needs of the business units
• Ensuring service level commitments are defined and relevant to the needs of the business
• Ensure that the IS team and Partners understand and deliver to these service levels.

Desired Skill set:

• Team Leadership – lead and inspire the Services team towards a high performing team culture
• IT Service Management – Review service standards, frameworks and methodologies to work towards optimising capabilities
• Service Performance Management – Assess the performance of IS Services to determine if agreed quantity, quality, response times.
• Provide regular and quality reporting to the IS leadership team
• Vendor management – manage the operational delivery, performance, reporting and compliance of external vendors.
• Lead the establishment and management of stakeholder engagement
• Participation in relevant networking events
• Strong stakeholder communications skills
