About the Role

You will be working be working alongside passionate developers who are at the top of their game. As a Senior Developer a large element of your role would be focussed on DevOps, solution architecture and mentoring and to up-skill junior members of the team and leading technically on projects best suited to your skills.

• Enhancing and maintaining our market leading, award winning systems and applications
• Delivering high quality software solutions based on commercial evaluation
• Demonstrating efficient coding and practical application of architectural patterns

About You

You will be expected to have experience and be confident in the following. Alongside valuing technical skills and exeprience this business emphasises the importance of mindset and ability to improve their culture.

• C# / ASP.NET/ WEB API / SQL / MVC/ REACT/ NODE - using the latest technologies
• Mature Agile environment
• Modern practices - CI / CD / TDD / BDD
• Cloud Services - AWS
• Self learners, love candidates that are involved in tech outside of work
• Projects split across multiple teams, they are looking for problem solvers

Softer skills

• Always looking to learn and happy to share knowledge, mentor others
