About the Role
As Project Manager you will deliver the Due diligence phase of a client transition. You will engage and assure quality from the supplier, engaging and coordinating across a complex customer landscape and ensuring appropriate internal governance and review of deliverables are in place.

Responsibilities

  • Integration and balance of the overall project management functions
  • Complete due diligience phase of client environment for a service trainsition
  • Manage scope of the project and the application of project scope controls
  • Manage the deliverables and dependencies of the project.
  • Manage the risk and artefacts
  • Manage the technical deliverables and dependencies
  • Vendor management to ensure designs and solutions are highly available
  • Develop, implement and maintain schedules
  • Manage budgets
  • Procurement and contract management
  • Project reporting requirements

Experience

  • Experienced as a Transition Project Manager in a large complex environment
  • MUST HAVE recent Service Transition or IT provision experience
  • Exprience in completing client due diligence
  • Skilled in ITIL and ITSM
  • Must be experienced in managing the successful delivery of service transition of clients
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and management
  • Vendor management to a high degree of expectation and accountability
  • Ability to implement strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change and improve performance
  • Excellent organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding environment
  • Proven capacity to contribute to and implement strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrate can work with a customer focused approach
  • Project Management Certification
