Senior IT Support Technician

Established in 1999, our client has been serving Queensland in providing IT support such as technical helpdesk support, computer support and consulting to small and medium sized businesses. It is their goal to provide enterprise-level IT practices and solutions to the small business sector with small business prices. 

They are now looking for a Senior IT Technician to join their company in Jamboree Heights, QLD, with the potential to earn up to $80,000 Per Annum | Negotiable Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Superannuation. 

The primary purpose of this position is to provide a high level of technical support for Managed Services clients. 

Reporting directly to the Service Team Leader some of your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with clients to resolve issues
• Proactively manage client networks using state of the art tools and systems
• Assisting the senior engineers with projects

• 2 + years experience in a managed services environment 
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage & knowledge of ConnectWise Automate
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365 & email migrations
• Strong technical skills in Networking and Systems
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
