We have developed a unique end to end centralised national model for the collection, assessment and repair or replacement, of notebooks, computers, phones, tablets and smart devices from multiple vendors for Australia's largest retail groups.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self motivated person to join our  Support Centre assisting our Customer Service Co-ordinators.

Job tasks and responsibilities

As a customer service support officer, you will be required to perform a range of tasks including the following;

  • Providing phone support for our clients and their end user network
  • Facilitating 3rd party repairs and orchestrating replacement devices
  • Prepared to build solid relationships within our repair network
  • Liasioning with in-house computer service technicians to achieve goals
  • Ability to efficiently and effectively resolve technical issues relating to hardware, software and operating systems.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the required capabilities in the following areas

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong Work ethic
  • Requirement to work in a team environment or on your own
  • A sound understanding of Consumer Electronics and technology 

Please note, a requirement of the job is you would have a sound knowledge of computer hardware and components. 

Previous employment within the I.T industry will be highly regarded.
