Work for this local government authority as a Web Application Support Specialist and provide a range of technical services supporting, maintaining, deploying and enhancing web applications. 

Key accountabilities

• Specify user/system interfaces, and translate logical designs into physical designs
• Design, code, test, correct, and document moderately complex programs and program modifications from supplied specifications
• Identify and resolve issues with applications
• Ensure incidents and requests are handled according to agreed procedures and create & maintains support documentation.

Skills and experience

• 3+ years experience in a similar role, supporting, developing, maintaining and improving Web and Mobile Application technologies 
• Experience in enterprise application systems analysis and development
• Expertise in the technical aspects of software package configuration and knowledge of the applications
• Experience in application support and lifecycle management, deployment management, environment configuration and software development lifecycle methodologies, tools and systems
• Exposure to different technologies and products, including but not limited to; JEE, HTML, CSS, React, Node.js XML, SQL and/or Domino, Case and Customer Relationship Management applications, Workflow tools, Deployment Management tools
