The Opportunity

We are looking for someone to lead the charge in growing our core revenue business, that has desires to build a team in the future. As part of the role, the role you will be provided with expert sales coaching to help fast track your earning potential.

You will be given plenty of autonomy with a large support team there to assist you. This role plays a key part in our ambitious 3-year growth plan to double company revenue, and deliver outstanding custom business solutions to innovative Australian SME’s.  

You will have the ability to influence the business at a senior level and be part of leadership team.  

  • New business development using self-generated and marketing leads

  • Collaborate with technical team to ensure that requirements can be met and estimates are accurate

  • Proposal creation & presentation

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients

  • Marketing and strategic analysis

  • Optimising the sales process

  • Business networking and development

  • Conduct seminars and webinars

The Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Driven, a team player and have a passion for technology solutions

  • 3 years customised software development or software product sales

  • Detailed knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle

  • A focus on organization, attention to detail and enhanced multitasking abilities.

  • B2B mid-market sales (dealing with companies in the $2m to $200m turnover range)

  • Negotiation skills and the ability to close deals at C-suite level

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proven track record

  • Capability to build and manage a sales team under you as sales volumes grow

  • Experience researching market trends and shaping marketing strategy

  • Competitor analysis

  • Client attraction strategies
