The company
Our client has got geographically dispersed offices across Asiapac and the Middle East. They will be expanding into the United States and are looking for a new leader to drive change and innovation for the business.

The role

In this position you will be responsible for driving roadmaps, and managing multi-disciplined teams including development, testing, user acceptance and usability and product readiness. You will be reporting on performance analysis and come up with ideas ways to improve the product portfolio and its profitability. You will be driving the teams to efficiently respond to customer requests, finalise the requirements and deliver products and/or enhancements of technical excellence within budget and on time. You will evaluate staff positions and performance as well as staff growth opportunities. This role also has responsibility to manage salaries & budgets.

Essential skills & experience

• 10+ years in a Technology leadership role, managing multi-disciplined teams
• Leading teams with minimum of 3 (technical) managers/leaders
• Strong Technical understanding of development and up-to-date with latest Tech stacks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Working knowledge of hardware, IT networks and digital media

Desirable skills & experience

• Masters degree
• Chinese (Mandarin)
• Digital and/or Marketing

In this role travel may be required. This is a huge springboard opportunity to gain experience in building out a new roadmap from scratch. It will also expose you to building a meaningful, global network that allows for future growth.
