Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst join a collaborative team environment focussed on delivering a digital program of work. The program is led by the Technology Services team which aims to deliver and enabling a digital business and service transformation with a customer and mobile first approach.
Key responsibilities:
- Engage with business and IT to elicit requirements (including functional and interface specifications)
- Map business processes and contribute to process re-engineering
- Manage and lead Agile deliverables and procedures
- Lead and facilitate workshops
The successful candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Cloud experience on AWS & Azure
- Applying Human Centered Design principals to technology solutions
- Knowledge of and experience with SQL query tools and SQL Server databases
- Working in an Agile environment
