Our client is looking for a Telephony Subject Matter expert
Role expectations
• Telephony, contact centre and infrastructure experience with solutions of similar scale and complexity
• Telephony solution delivery in large organisations
• Multi-vendor delivery
• Telephony technology leadership in a multi-vendor environment
• Specialist telephony support to management, delivery teams, and business
Complex telephony problem resolution
Experience with the following or similar technologies:
• Genband (CS2K)
• CISCO Unified Comms Manager (CUCM)
• Nuance Voice Biometrics Voice Biometrics
• Verint Call and Screen Recording
• Oracle Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
• Genesys Voice Gateway (GVP)
