About the role

The objective of this newly created opportunity of Business Analyst - Managed Print Services is to support the development of capability and business strategy for Managed Services, providing support and direction to the direct and indirect sales channels in the growth of Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia's portfolio of Managed Services.  Approximately 30% of this role time will involve local and interstate travel.

Working closely with our key stakeholders such as sales, finance and operations, it is critical for this role to integrate marketing activities to deliver consistent messaging to the market and generate revenue growth to meet business objectives.

The primary responsibilities:

  • Engage with Government, Education and Major Accounts sales teams to identify opportunities for Managed Services and provide leadership on strategy deliver to customers
  • Analyse current state and future state solution recommendations with the relevant sales team to maximise opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and lead the commercial modelling of opportunities for sales team to present to the customer. 
  • Provide continuous improvement advice based upon win loss reviews and competitive intelligence
  • Manage and co-ordinate internal resources in the delivery of customer imaging assessments
  • Maintain data and records of all role specific activities, specifically ensuring the integrity and security of customer data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders focusing on common goals, sharing, supporting and coaching where appropriate
  • Champion the value and benefits of Managed Print Services to external and internal customers

  • Relevant sales experience, ideally in managed services, with a proven track record in achieving results
  • Demonstrated commercial experience in Managed Service Contracts
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen
  • Strong understanding of Print and Imaging technology solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
  • Excellent Presentation capability
  • Ability to Manage multiple projects including remote resources
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and the ability to work independently to achieve objectives with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in fast-paced, environments, as well as ability to escalate appropriately.
