The Company.

We are currently working with one of Australia’s most iconic trading exchanges. As the world has turned Digital - technology and digital products are now the heart of this business.

Currently the business is in a state of transformation and are doing some phenomenal things involving block chain and a complete transformation of the tech stack and release cycle. The business have a great culture and a phenomenal working space based in the heart of the CBD.
       
The Role.

This is an opportunity to join an iconic business in the trading space currently undertaking a huge internal transformation of their product suite.
  
 In this role your responsibilities are three fold;

• You are a phenomenal engineer that thrives on delivering amazing code and well thought out solutions to solve business problems and improve internal and external product experience.
• You are a true thought leader and innovator and thrive on looking for solutions or methodology’s that may be out the box but ultimately improve delivery.
• You have experience leading teams and thrive off guiding and mentoring other engineers to meet their potential.

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity with lots of interesting challenges in a large environment working with an iconic business. 

Technical  Experience.

• Java 8
• Springboot / Spring MVC
• Lambda functions
• Experience across Oracle & SQL Data bases.
• Microservice Architecture.
• CI/CD
• Containerisation using Docker
• Experience with message queuing or distributed messaging / software.
• Experience across banking or trading domains highly advantageous
• Strong experience in truly agile environments.
