Just Digital People are working closely with a design-forward innovation agency based in the heart of the CBD, and they're looking for their next Senior UX Designer to take the floor....

These folks are championing change in the digital space through beautiful intelligent and effective design. These folks are ambitious, not afraid to step out of comfort zones and really push the boundaries both in and out of their studio.

You'll be well acquainted with Lean UX methodologies and end-to-end design is part of your usual working life. Working for a rapidly growing UX design consultancy means you'll have a say in some major projects, you'll be happy to push the brand in and out of work and you'll be keen to get involved in extra curricular activities like Hackathons and Design Rituals for designers out in the field.

Here's what you'll be getting up to:

Mentoring young designers and the team
Sharing ideas and mockups that transform to smart UX solutions for their clients
Nurturing and handling clients and stakeholders
Channel the clients end vision through Research, Wire framing, Sketching and prototyping
Utilize your amazing experience in the web and mobile space to deliver to multi-digital clients
Shed industry knowledge and best practices with your team - sharing is caring
Support the principal designer with both conceptual and visual design decisions with new feature and projects as well as ongoing and long-standing projects.
Turn your human-centred approach into rapid testing and design iteration.

What you'll have:

5+ years experience in designing- mainly from a digital environment working with web and mobile builds.
Use of the usual UX software such as Sketch, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, Framer.js. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
Great experience communicating complex solutions back to clients and projecting ideas.

translate all types of wire-frames into working, interactive prototypes
Lastly, a serious passion for working collaboratively with your team and stakeholders alike.
