The client

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and creative .Net developer to produce and develop greenfield applications from scratch.  Working for a transport and logistics organisation, you will also be tasked with maintaining and updating existing applications, bug fixes and the integration of applications.

The role

If you have a passion for development and don’t like sitting behind a desk,  then this could be the new and exciting career opportunity you have been looking for.  A key part of this role, will be to liaise with stakeholders, consult, gather requirements and interpret business needs before commencing the design stage.

Skills and experience:

To be successful for this position you will have the following skills and experience:

·          The ability to write functional code in C# .net with a sharp eye for spotting defects

·          Proven experience in ASP.net, MVC, WPF, Winforms

·          Familiarity with architectural styles/ APIs

·          MS SQL

·          UI/UX design knowledge

·          Strong stakeholder engagement skills

·          High attention to detail

·          Cloud integration in Azure or AWS would be highly beneficial as would mobile development experience in Native ios or Android.
