Integrated Solutions is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) offering innovative technology solutions to the Australian market.
Due to significant growth, we are recruiting for a Consultant to join our Service Desk team, providing 1st and 2nd level IT support (remote and/or onsite) for small and medium businesses.
Technically, you will have a minimum of 12 months commercial experience in a Service/Help Desk role. Prior experience with an MSP supporting any of the following technologies will be highly regarded:
- Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Workstation (Laptop, Desktop, Mobility devices)
- Server (Physical and Virtual)
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Mail Servers, Office 365, Sharepoint
- General Networking (understanding of routers, switches, wireless)
