Your new role
The User Experience and wider Design team are tasked to envision enhanced digital experiences for customers, acting as the key component of the core mission to exceed customer expectations while providing transformational financial products and services.

As a Senior Visual Designer, you will be responsible for nurturing a customer-centric vision amongst stakeholders while owning the execution of key design artifacts across various phases of the product design process. Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites & mobile devices, while working within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brand’s style or voice through its visual touch points.

What you'll need to succeed
Looking for designers who have extensive experience designing for website / marketing designs:

• Experience liaising with Producers, Graphic Designers, Learning Designers, Developers and Freelancers to ensure that art concepts, user experiences and production were in line with client goals
  and delivered within deadlines set.
• Proven Success conceptualizing, strategizing, planning and executing design briefs and marketing campaigns for clients
• Creating and designing style guides
• Worked on website transformation projects in the past
• 5+ years within the Visual, UI/ Digital Design space

• Closely collaborate with IT and business teams to solve complex issues, like interaction models and data visualization
• Have basic coding knowledge so they can work hand-in-hand with coders
• Create and organize production assets
• Resize assets for different devices — tablet, mobile and web
• Source images (stock photos and video footage)
• Work with a component library
• Work on email marketing items, presentation materials and interactive event materials
• Juggle multiple projects while effectively managing timelines and expectations

What you'll get in return
