Our Wollongong based Client is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to manage a high profile program of work in the HCM/ERP Space.

This is a greenfields program and will require a skilled Program Manager to get this program off the ground.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have managed HCM and Finance ERP programs of work.

Demonstrated skills and experience essential to this role include:-

• Program Management experience 
• Design, development and delivery of projects
• Management of dependencies between projects
• Define resources
• Schedule the implementation of the overall program
• Plan and set project goals and milestones
• Financial & Budget Management
• Development of risk management strategies
• Vendor and Contract Management
• Stakeholder relationship and expectations management
• Ideally Oracle Financails
• ICT related Degree
