Please be advised that this is not a senior BA role and this role is looking for a Business BA rather than a Technical BA

Accountabilities of the role:

• Attend high-level 'design workshops' to shape next stage of transformation program
• Create business/stakeholder/solution requirement artefacts
• Map as-is/to-be processes and perform gap analysis on current state operational model
• Provide business analysis support throughout testing activities
• Maintain an understanding of client and stakeholder needs
• Develop connections between disparate stakeholder groups
• Communicate to stakeholders using a variety of communication techniques
• Seek and act on feedback from stakeholders and clients.

Experience required:

• Minimum 3+ years BA experience
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong skills with Microsoft Word and Visio
• Self-starter capable of directing own workload without management direction
• Ability to respond adaptively to changing organisational priorities
• Proven ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on results and quality of service.
• Proven Agile experience across multiple projects
• Prior experience working in an academic environment
