We are seeking competent candidates for the IAM Support Lead/Architect role in Sydney. This is a permanent role with an immediate start. You will work for a large scale international vendor and deliver projects for clients in the transport sector. This is a great opportunity to advance your career in a lead role. 

Key responsibilities: 

You will be responsible for:

• Providing overall Technical Leadership in IdM
• Primary escalation or SPOC for customer team
• Taking Ownership to drive Critical incidents.
• Problem & Incident management analysis.
• Stakeholder reporting for Application Performance reviews.

Key skills/experience required:

We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate:

• Good understanding of IAM domain
• Hands on experience on Oracle IdM
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to deal with multiple teams across regions to devise solution
• Good understanding of delivery methodologies and support processes
• Strong analytic and communication skills (both written and verbal) 
• Ability to do self-research to come up with the solutions
