The Role
- The role is located in Geelong
- The role requires an individual that is self motivated, uses initatitive and will take ownership of the role
- The role requires the delivery of exceptional and professional customer service while resolving the businesses IT issues
Your Duties
- You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ongoing interaction with clients to keep them updated of the progress of their IT issues
- You will be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical clients of various businesses and backgrounds
- You will provide support for computers and IT issues across multiple locations
- You will be create and update all relevant documentation and databases
Your Expertise
- You will have at least 3 years experience supporting clients in an I.T./Computer Support role
- You will have hands on experience managing Windows Server environments MS Office products and a strong familiarity with Office 365.
- You will have industry based accreditations are recommended (Microsoft or Cisco Certifications)
- Understanding of Remote Management Tools Recommended
- A current, valid drivers license is required
