The Role
  • The role is located in Geelong
  • The role requires an individual that is self motivated, uses initatitive and will take ownership of the role
  • The role requires the delivery of exceptional and professional customer service while resolving the businesses IT issues
 
Your Duties
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ongoing interaction with clients to keep them updated of the progress of their IT issues
  • You will be able to communicate to both technical and non-technical clients of various businesses and backgrounds
  • You will provide support for computers and IT issues across multiple locations
  • You will be create and update all relevant documentation and databases
 
Your Expertise
  • You will have at least 3 years experience supporting clients in an I.T./Computer Support role
  • You will have hands on experience managing Windows Server environments  MS Office products and a strong familiarity with Office 365.
  • You will have industry based accreditations are recommended (Microsoft or Cisco Certifications)
  • Understanding of Remote Management Tools Recommended
  • A current, valid drivers license is required
