Due to a backlog of BAU changes (Change requests, small enhancements) within our customer, we are seeking an Agile BA that can join this team and deliver on a defined group of key initiatives ready for deployment.
Required Skills:
- Expert in user stories, gap analysis and acceptance criteria
- Strong documentation skills, includes - process mapping, System overview, Current/future state, etc
- Ability to work autonomously and in team based environments
• Understanding of Agile Project Management Methodology
• Ability to lead Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, estimation Sessions, End to End UAT, Defect Triages and Sprint Retrospectives - Excellent written communication skills required.
