Practice Overview

Responsibilities:
As a Cloud Infrastructure Consultant, you will work closely with customers, partner organisations and the sales team to grow our evolving practice. The role will require leadership qualities, where initiative, teamwork and innovation are core characteristics that combine to achieve the practice building goals being supported and driven by our Director.
• Support the Sales teams on client and prospect meetings with security and cloud migration technical presales leadership
• Assist with proposal creation including preparation of Work Breakdown Structures and solution outlines.
• Prepare Technical Solution Designs and migration plans that assist clients achieve their strategic business objectives
• Lead project delivery for assigned projects
• Contribute to practice development with innovative service ideas and ongoing technology skills development.
• Maintain personal development and skills related to Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and information security services.
• Assist our Managed Services consultants and support team with escalated support requirements
About You:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience designing and leading IT infrastructure projects
• At least 5 years’ experience in a consulting role
• Knowledge/experience using Azure and Office 365
• Strong and persuasive communication skills; must be able to quickly build rapport
• Driven attitude that thrives on working as an integral part of team that strives for success
• Highly organized and detail-oriented to meet high service level expectations
• Clear written communication skills
• Experience with security management highly regarded
• Ability to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• A quick learner who seeks to continually improve their capacity to take on increased responsibilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, and Virtualisation (VMware and Hyper-V)
• Citrix and Remote desktop experience preferred
• Veeam Backup and recovery experience preferred
• Cisco and Fortinet experience preferred
