Our client is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) specialising in providing high quality IT solutions and currently has an opportunity available for a Level 3 Engineer to join their team of talented engineers.
The ideal candidate will be experienced across implementing projects, networking and virtualisation in a managed services environment. Technically, you will be required to plan, install, manage and maintain the following technologies in a business environment:
- Windows Server
- SQL and Exchange
- Cisco routing and switching
- VMware/Veeam
- Cloud Migrations
- Storage solutions
- Office365, AWS and Azure
- Skype for Business/Lync
About You
To be a successful candidate, you will possess the following characteristics:
- Ability to work autonomously on complex issues.
- Excellent customer facing communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure.
- Excellent presentation and attitude.
- The ability to learn on the fly with unfamiliar technologies.
