Role Overview
Currently seeking a seasoned, passionate Change Manager. This role reports to another SOCM as you work closely with the Transformation team. Responsible for end-to-end change delivery, delivering changes in technology, people and process. This is a fast paced, go go envrioment where you can really make stuff happen; naturally everyone wants to delivery and this transformation team are doing exactly that to better the business and help them move forward.
You will focus on the design and delivery of change management artefacts and developing key messages and communications.

- Knowledge transfer experience
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of Change experience
- Exposure to finance / insurance is beneficial
- Education in Change Management discipline
- Degree in related field
