Enosys Solutions is a fast growing Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) and infrastructure systems integrator to corporate and public sector organisations with a focus on full-lifecycle services based on leading disruptive technologies. We currently have customers in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC.

This is a new role within our fast growing team. We are seeking to employ a Project and Service Delivery Manager based in North Sydney with a minimum of 5 years' experience and a passion for information security services and technologies.
You are:
- A seasoned Project and/or Service Delivery Manager with a track record of building new relationships and managing Enterprise customers.
- Currently working or have worked for a leading systems integrator, managed services provider or consultancy.
- By nature organised, focussed on customers and are able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Driven by having a central role in leading a team to deliver innovative solutions and delighting customers.
- Experienced in bid and proposal management including writing proposals and statements of work.
- Interested in working right across the service lifecycle from initial implementation through to ongoing management of managed services.
You are looking to:
- Bring your energy and experience to an intelligent, dynamic organisation that knows how to acquire and develop accounts without the constraints of working for a global delivery machine that makes it hard to deliver outcomes to customers.
- Work with a highly capable architects, technical account managers, consultants, analysts, engineers and account managers that can match your ability to delivery outcomes to customers and continue to deepen our relationships.
- Continue to broaden and develop your professional skills and certifications.
- Position and deliver full lifecycle managed security services including Managed SIEM, Managed Next-Gen Firewall Services, Vulnerability Management, Managed Endpoint Security, Managed Gateway/DMZ Services, Secure Mobility Services and a range of professional services including security consulting, penetration testing, staff augmentation and advanced networking and SDN.
- Sell, implement, manage and enhance disruptive, next-generation security solutions based on technologies from Splunk, Palo Alto Networks, F5, Tenable, Tanium and Aruba Networks.
You have/can:
- Demonstrable ability to deliver projects and managed services contracts on time, on budget, within SLA's with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Importantly, you also have a passion for continuous service improvement so you understand how to leverage the considerable assets within your organisation to consistently achieve this.
- Develop or contribute to the development of bids, proposals and statements of work.
- PMI, Prince2, ITIL, COBIT and or other relevant experience and certification.
- Produce & maintain Risk Management Plans.
- Highly developed communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong customer management and customer relationship skills.
- Foster long term customer relationships by understanding customer needs and being a strong advocate for Enosys.
- High standard of ethics, integrity and a desire to work within a world-class sales and managed services organisation.
Desirable/Optional:
- CISM, ISO27001 or other security-related certifications.
- Strong knowledge of information security, security technologies, IT infrastructure and networking technologies and demonstrate the ability to present them with intelligence and conviction.
- Experience in taking a solution through IRAP certification.
