I am working with the new digital arm of an established ASX listed company, based in the CBD. who are looking for a Team Lead/Technical Lead wanting to take the next step into an Engineering Manager position.

You should still be hands on as the role will be 25% coding and the rest managing a team of developers.

The right candidate would ideally come from a web / mobile development background, ideally with knowledge of API's.

They must have experience with Agile best practices, bonus if you are scrum certified!!

Coming from a technical background is essential and you should be willing an able to jump in and cut code on the odd occasion. 

Must have a proven track record of delivery, great communication and strong stakeholder management skills, experience with CI/CD and TDD preferable. 

Experience in Java, React, GO and Kubernetes would be beneficial.

Must be eligible to work in Australia.
