This is an opportunity to be working on cutting edge automation in Australia, and to craft your own journey as you lead the process and automation design capability for a variety of organisations in Australia.

As a Process Automation Designer, you will be working closely with clients to focus on improving their processes via RPA tools such as Blue Prism and UI Path. You will work with product and cross functional internal teams and external clients to deliver end to end insight from automation strategy through to operations. You'll bring solid experience in emerging technologies, and have a strong background in delivering results in complex agile projects.

We are looking for Blue Prism and UI path professionals. 

Essential to the role is knowledge of business process. Working experience using Lean Six Sigma is preferred.

Job Tasks:

• Use your background in lean process improvement to drive client insight and recommendations using the product suite
• Analysis and design of the RPA product suite for clients
• Designing RPA solutions and POC's
• Creating documentation and designs to present to clients as solutions
• Discussing the RPA journey with various stakeholders and delivering relevant technical proof to outline solutions
• Configuration and development of process automation tools as required
• Work with the Head of Services and leadership team to deliver project engagements using best practice agile methodologies

Qualifications & Experience:

• Prior experience in process automation design with BluePrism or UI Path
• Strong knowledge of the Robotic Process Automation industry
• 4+ years of experience in process improvement / operations excellence, with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferable
• 4+ years of working in a structured project/program delivery environment
• 2+ years of experience in Agile methodologies, with proven experience in large complex  agile projects
• Ability to work independently
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
