About the role:
The Incident Coordinator will be responsible for end to end management of customer and network incidents across the Voice, Data, Mobile and Management Tools lines of business, also working with the Contact Centre to handle escalations and working towards continual service improvements.
About you:
You have a lot of experience in Incident management within a similar industry, good knowledge and understanding of networking - data/voice. If you already have your CCNA and ITIL certifications that would be highly regarded.
You will have achieved mastery of good customer experience. You are an excellent problem solver, able to proactively identify workflows, very service oriented and have excellent communication skills for understanding complex technical problems and be able to clearly explain solutions to both customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is initially a 12 months fixed term contract.
