About The Company

Global financial company, recently moved into new CBD offices thanks to the growth and expansion they are experiencing, looking for an experienced .Net BAU Team Lead to support and expand platform capabilities and manage a strong team of developers.
  

About This Opportunity

As a Team Lead, you will work closely with the developers to support the platform and deliver bespoke projects using the latest technologies. The platform processes and stores large volumes of data, so knowledge of how data flows within a business is important.

Your day-to-day will consist of working with the development and support teams to handle customer tickets and build out new functionalities based on customer demand. You will need to communicate effectively with the customers, the technical teams, and the rest of the business. You will manage 2 week sprint tasks.

• Support ticket resolution and ensure a customer-centric approach
• Improve existing systems and deliver bespoke applications to support this

In order to succeed you should have:

• Development experience with C# .Net
• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC and MVVM architecture - ideally you've also worked with ASP.Net Core
• Ability to troubleshoot SQL related errors
• Performance tuning experience - queries, stored procedures, functions, and indexing strategies
• Experience with Git and other source control tools
