Responsibilities:
Dispatch TS engineers or TS Service Providers to resolve non-hardware related issues that require an on-site presence
• Support for items listed on the SSL
• Resolve software problems including the following:
• Software incompatibility issues;
• Software configuration issues;
• Configuration of remote access services and administration information;
• Printer problems;
• Outlook or internet access problems;
• Access problems to various servers and
• Virus issues.
• Drivers and connectivity support for agreed peripherals.
• Set up directories;
• Create and clear print queues;
• Network connectivity issues including login, file access and printing;
• Password resets;
• Testing of applicable Software functionality, which may include:
• Mainframe connectivity;
• LAN connectivity;
• Dial-up connectivity.
Dealing/Trading Room Floor
- Deliver Application Provisioning Services to customer(bank)
- Ensuring all customer interactions are logged into system
- Actively monitor the Gold Card Mailbox and actioning emails
- Fulfilment of application provisioning for the global IB&M business
- Attend and actively contribute in a positive manner to huddles/team meetings and 1 on 1’s
- Additional activities including -
- Input into the Gold Card knowledge base
- Proactive floor walks
- Productivity habits Continuous Improvement measure
- Good communication skills to understand and communicate both with end users / support team
