Ayan Infotech is in urgent need of a Senior Pega CRM Consultant to take up a minimum 5 month contract in Sydney. Our client is a NSW State Government department who are currently engaged in and have a pipeline of Pega CRM projects. The Senior Pega CRM Consultant will be the main point of contact from the business to ensure that the Pega CRM environment is being utilised to its full potential.
Skills and experience required:
- Pega CSSA, LSA resource requirements
- Pega CSSA or LSA with extensive Pega development, integration and environmental experience
- Application support in particular fault analysis and diagnosis, utilising tools such as Pega Log Analyser, prsysmgmt, PDN support requests etc.
- Experience with industry diagnosis tools to investigate application and/or server issues
- Experience with the use of ruleset versioning, application branching and merging, and the ability to pass this knowledge onto team members.
- Development experience in out-of-box features as well as customised functions and logic
- Experience with creating and deploying product files and installing hotfixes
- Experience dealing with Pega Support, raising product issue and drive to resolution.
- General housekeeping of current application and environments and knowledge in industry best practice for new applications
- A good understanding of AWS environments would be ideal
We have the potential to provide the rate of a $1000 a day relevant to experience.
