The Linfox IT team is currently recruiting for a IT Program Manager to be based at head office in Essendon Fields. This role is responsible for leading Business Transformation programs of work, managing large complex IT projects as well as being a senior leader across the business. In line with this, it will be important to maintain internal and external stakeholder relations, manage project budgets and resources, and lead the project team through application SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) and IT Infrastructure projects.
Reporting to the CTO, responsibilities for this position include:
- Leading overall programs, coordinating projects and their interdependencies and supporting the program team to successfully deliver business outcomes, through clear communication and ongoing reinforcement of the program objectives, timeframes, methods and standards
- Overseeing program governance and program reporting
- Line management of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers
- Strong communications skills are mandatory, with key influencing collaboration techniques evident for the successful candidates
- Interaction and relationship with program stakeholders
- Delivery of projects on time, on budget with appropriate contract, quality and schedule controls shown
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- Strong program management skills, experience and disciplines
- Ability to understand, communicate and influence at the highest senior executive levels across Linfox (e.g. CEO, COO, CFO and CIO).
- Possesses a change management orientation with the ability to understand the organisation and decide the appropriate change management approach
- Experience with Transport Management and Warehouse Management projects
- Strong methodology skills and exposure to Project Management accounting principles
- Influencing and negotiating capability with stakeholders at all levels
- Inspiring leadership capability across team members, users, and other relevant personnel
- PRINCE 2 experience (recent) - qualifications essential
You will be required to meet Linfox's employment criteria which will include a current Criminal History Check and full medical with a drug and alcohol test.
