Product Manager
  
Objective
This role is responsible for the product strategy and tactical implementation of our core products.
  
Reporting to: General Manager, Products
  
Responsibilities (key tasks and requirements of the role)
  • Investigate new services through market research and innovation
  • Develop and present business cases for new services
  • Assist with requirements for the Development team by providing clear briefs and regular follow up
  • Proactively research and distribute relevant product-related content including newsletters, articles on a regular basis
  • Supply all product content for educational purposes to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist Product team to ensure each new service becomes a profitable product by thorough research and stakeholder input
  • Coordinate client BETA sites for new products
  • Assist with product research
  • Compile and review of newsletter content
  • Assist with product registrations e.g. e-filing
  • Assist with product orders e.g. Crimtrac
  • Assist with online issues, replicating errors
  • Ensure Product section of website and Infocus is regularly updated with relevant and up to date content
  • General admin tasks and ad hoc request

  • Minimum 2-3+ years in the Legal Industry or similar
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write concisely for documentation, presentations and business cases

  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Project management, change management and/or stakeholder management experience in a product management role or similar
  • Ability to innovate and develop new and improved ways of doing business
