About the role
We are looking for a Front-End Web Developer who has experience working with Photoshop and Bootstrap. This is a hands-on role where you will design and code websites into our publishing framework and assist with SEO implementation.

Skills and experience
- At least 3 years' experience as a web designer / developer.
- Solid UI/UX web design expertise, capable of creating low and high resolution mockups.
- Must be experienced in cutting up custom design layouts.
- Experience in producing pixel perfect mobile responsive websites using HTML, CSS, Photoshop and Bootstrap.
- Understanding of MySQL & C-Panel.
- Experience in Cross Browser Testing on multiple devices.
- Experience in developing email templates (e.g. MailChimp).
- Outcome focused with a drive to solve problems and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- A high attention to detail is a must in this role.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience deploying Google Analytics or Tag Manager will be advantageous.
- Experience developing in PHP, JQuery, and JavaScript.
- You have a mobile first and test first mentality.
- Ability to customise Wordpress and create custom plugins.
- Solid experience working with e-commerce products such as Magento, WooCommerce, OpenCart etc.
- Ability to work autonomously
- Your application will stand out if you are able to build sites to achieve Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 compliance
