At ORIX we are experiencing strong growth to our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are seeking a Senior Project Manager to focus on developing and implementing initiatives to optimise fleet and mobility services through the use of technology. This exciting opportunity is available as a full time fixed term contract, initially for 12 months. 

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for, delivering transport and mobility products to our customers and various digital enhancements to improve the way our colleagues work. As this role has a significant impact on the business, we are looking for a goal orientated and solution focused individual who is driven to meet project objectives.  This is not a traditional Project Manager role as we employ an agile method, often adjusted to meet the needs of our customers, and we deliver most of our solutions as Minimal Viable Products.

About You

• Experience in Project Management with a track record in delivering successful technology projects in a highly transactional and operationally focused sector such as fleet, insurances and mortgages
• The ability to work well in a fast paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience delivering a mix of projects including digital transformations and new product development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service ethic
• The ability to blend a consultative style and influence stakeholders
• Technical knowledge and experience in Application Configuration, Reports, Interfaces, APIs, Forms and Workflow
• Exposure to Data Migration, User Acceptance Resting, Business Readiness
• You have worked in a small to medium sized organisations where solutions and approach are practical and ‘right sized’ and you have worked at both a strategic and hands-on, tactical level
• PMI, Prince 2, Scrum Master Certification (Highly Desirable)
