Role: Technical Support Lead

 

Required skills:

 

·       Experience in Technical Application support

·       Proven triaging and Analytical skills.

·       Strong communication skills, resourceful and Client facing experience is a Must have

·       Lead level resource with 7+ years of experience

·       Application server knowledge (J boss).

·       UNIX- Hands on with Unix shell Scripting

·       DB -Good knowledge of DB performances and Stored procs

·       Experience with configuration of monitoring tools (Splunk, HP Site scope)

 

Additional Skills:

 

·       Experience in Cloud migration and AWS scripting

·       Experience working in applications involved Pega or SAP

·       Agile Experience

·       Banking Domain Experience
