Due to ongoing expansion and demand for services this Australian owned and operated IT managed services group needs a new Service Delivery Manager. Ideally you will have had a systems engineer or PC/Networking technician background and be ready to help manage the busy IT Service department. Located in lovely offices in Sydney CBD next to Town Hall you will remain hands-on with technical work whilst demonstrating management duties for a smooth running department.
Key Requirements:
Previous IT Service Delivery management experience in a IT service provider or MSP
• Good knowledge across networking, operating systems, Microsoft technologies and IT processes.
• Expert communication and negotiation skills across technical/non-technical teams.
• ITIL service delivery qualifications
• Manage customer expectations through effective management of any escalated issues for incidents/problems/change.
•Strong experience with Autotask or similar business management application.
•Project management experience and Prince2 certification (highly desirable).
• Monitors processes to provide assurance and consistent service quality through rigorous management of contract and service management methodology.
