Your new company
This reputable organisation is looking for an experienced desktop support analyst to join a growing team in a faced paced exciting environment.

Your new role
You will join a vibrant team in a desktop support position where your previous experience in a desktop support role and excellent communication skills will contribute to your success. You will be adaptable and professional in this customer-facing role where you will work with various technologies.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be resilient, patient and be able to work effectively and efficiently. You’ll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a strong technical ability in troubleshooting software and hardware related issues. Experience with Mac and Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and support of mobile devices is required. Your role will require you travel to between various sites across the Adelaide CBD. You will have the ability work both within a team and autonomously and use your initiative to resolve any technical issues that may arise.
