Our Technology Solutions (TS) business line supports our Integrated Facilities Management, Project & Development Services and Integrated Portfolio Services divisions. Technology Solutions will Advise on CRE Technology & IoT Strategy, Build Software & Infrastructure, Implement & Support and Manage Spatial Data Services & Workplace Managed Services
What this job involves
You will ensure that each project is executed on time, within budget and respect the initial scope agreed upon with the client. A key focus will also be your support to on-site managers in the implementation of technology. You will develop relationships with client stakeholders and capture and formulate business & technical requirements for system implementation.
You will translate business requirements into technical development resources and also be involved with the training of end users and write training documentation.
Working closely with the Solution Manager, you’ll attend planning sessions and create documentation accordingly and coordinate with the Technical Team during the build & test phases of the implementation to ensure solutions are developed per client requirements.

You’ll have proven experience in technology implementation and are comfortable in communicating complex IT issues clearly and confidently to all levels with exceptional relationship skills
It is important that you have implementation and deployment experience with ARCHIBUS, TRIRIGA or other IWMS software and have worked in a commercial Real Estate or related industry
You’ll have experience with project delivery methodologies and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time. You have a natural ability to train & teach others, coupled with strong problem solving & analytical abilities.
A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Visio and PowerPoint, as well as conceptual knowledge of Relational databases and experience with data management, is required.
