Our client is a well regarded upper mid market IT service provider and is seeing exceptional growth in their managed cloud business. This role will see you joining the fast growing Cloud Managed Service team. 

The organisation

The role
Overseeing a team of 10 IT specialists, you will be responsible for leading the team to provide timely and relevant infrastructure support to a wide range of clients. You will drive knowledge management, oversee level 2 incident resolution, ensure the team meets SLA's around incident and problem management, and identify process improvement across service management. 

About you
Ideally, you should come from a managed service background with experience in leading a team, including developing personal development plans and managing KPI's. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate the following technical skill set in your background: 

• knowledge and experience across an ITIL framework, including Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management
• sound technical knowledge of Networking, Physical and Virtual server infrastructure, storage, unix, back-ups and cloud infrastructure
• experience in a 24 x 7 service environment
• strong leadership
