Located in St Leonards is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on marketing and sales reporting.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, some of your key accountabilities will include:
- Generating reports, analysing data and providing insights and recommendations to support the business – key areas include incentives, promotional activity, ROI and other marketing and sales tactics
- Working with 'big data', interpreting results and developing presentations using the insights gained
- Competitor analysis
- Working with finance and operations to ensure reporting consistency
- Providing recommendations for market analysis and insights using JDE program
- Monthly reporting field results, identifying key leaders
- Social Media monitoring and reporting (eg: Google Analytics)
- Identifying any opportunities for improvement
THE CANDIDATE:
To secure this role the ideal candidate will have:
- First and foremost, you must love data and can identify trends, tell stories and research potential opportunities within the business – you’re the kind of person that can read the data and deliver it in a format the rest of the team can relate to
- Experience in category analysis and proficiency in JDE program (or similar)
- Strong Excel reporting and analysis skills with the ability to handle large volumes of data, summarised in a concise and logical format
- Similar experience in the application of analytics, stakeholder management and insight development
- A team player attitude – this is a fantastic marketing & sales team. They leverage off each other’s expertise to provide critical business information to the U.S Head Office. The ideal candidate is someone who really does enjoy deciphering information and presenting back to the team
