In this role you will:
• Engage with the SAM team and customers to deliver SAM solutions and services
• Provide specialist technical expertise
• Provide specialist technical expertise in the provision of implementation services for customers who purchase our services which are powered by Snow License Manager
• Provide specialist-consulting expertise in the areas of audit, compliance and risk mitigation advisory services
• Work within strict project timelines
• Maintain deep expertise in SAM (products, platforms and technologies)
• Contribute to the development of new SAM and SWS offerings
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience in SAM services delivery across:
• Data Management (licensing/purchase/contract data analysis)
• Operational maintenance of SAM solutions
• Technical implementation of SAM solutions
• Technical maintenance of hosted platforms/SAM solutions
• Provision of specialist consulting aligned to ISO standards for SAM
• Application of licensing rules and use rights within SAM solutions
• Minimum of 7 years industry experience
• Software Asset Management experience and expertise focused around knowledge of Software Asset Management (SAM) standards and practices
• Solid understanding of the SAM lifecycle process
• Solid knowledge of Software Management tool sets and their operation/implementation
• Experience in setting up, technically configuring and maintaining SAM solutions such as Snow License Manager or Flexera FlexNet Manager Suite
