In this role you will:

  • Provide first level support for our customers and providing solutions for a variety of IT and phone-related problems
  • Handling high volumes of calls and emails
  • Resolve customer problems and queries within agreed time frames
  • Contribute to team problem resolution processes and actively share knowledge
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through provision of a quality support service
  • Provide meaningful, relevant, timely and accurate updates to call logging system
  • Supporting our customer's network with a focus on Microsoft Desktop Operating Systems and Applications.

What we are looking for:

  • You have a passion for working with Information Technology
  • You have previous experience providing support in an IT role
  • Industry certifications such as Microsoft would be highly desirable
  • You have highly developed customer service skills
  • You are a team player with a high level of commitment.
