The opportunity has arisen for a experience Business/Enterprise Architect to work in a team comprising of specialists including a product manager, delivery manager, service designers, user researchers, technical leads and subject matter experts.

The Business/Enterprise Architect will work in a multidisciplinary team to further develop and apply a whole of company business architecture to increase our understanding of the businesses capabilities that support the service offerings they provide to end users. The role will focus on modelling user journeys and capability gaps and identifying opportunities for transformation and improvement.
Employment will be offered on an initial 3-6 month contract with a view to extend.

• Ability to create and apply business architecture reference models
• Ability to map capabilities in the context of the end user experience
• Ability to take a government-wide and strategic view
• Experience using business modelling tools (e.g. Jalepeno)
• Ability to map and model capability to create strategic and meaningful insights
• Ability to provide strategic advice based on business/enterprise architecture
• A passion for making things that improve people’s lives
• An understanding of research, user experience, software development, operations, and to work with different disciplines to build out the best view of business capability as it relates to end user experience
• At least 3 years experience working as a business/enterprise architect

Must either have baseline security clearance or have the ability to obtain it.
