My client is looking for an immediately available Windows 10 SCCM expert for a Win 7 to Win 10 migration project.

• In depth knowledge of Windows Platform components and processes: Image Build, Software Packaging, Software Distribution, and Tier 3 Support
• Image Migration skills – Win7 to Win10 Evergreen
• Knowledge of SMS 2012 Current Branch
• Knowledge of Install Shield packaging skills preferred
• Powershell script knowledge
• Senior level knowledge of overall desktop troubleshooting
• Optional but helpful to have:  Network installation/troubleshooting skills

Key responsibilities:

• Build, test and deploy the corporate desktop image management solution
• Package, test and deploy business software packages and updates to the end-user environment
• Execute inventory management processes of end-user hardware and software assets
• Create scripting solutions
• Conduct testing and evaluation of new hardware models
• To resolve incidents post deployment
• Logging of defects and escalation to SME on issue/s.

Essential Skills

• Excellent Microsoft Desktop Operating systems knowledge - Windows 7 and Windows 10
• Active Directory, Office365, VMware, PowerShell scripting, SCCM
• Basic networking understanding
• Excellent communication skills
• Business facing
• Able to work under pressure and to a deadline
• Be able to work autonomously
