The job will involve working in a team environment and liaising with internal customers to gather requirements to develop functional specifications to ensure a timely delivery of overall business solutions.
  
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• OpenEdge Programming experience in character environments - essential
• Good conception abilities, attention to detail and a commitment to a high level of quality
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must be able to speak fluent English
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Ability to adapt to new tasks and work on several projects concurrently
• Self-motivated 

Key responsibilities

• Continuously work to maintain the Grace Group of companies in a functional IT status
• Provide a first class prompt service and escalate problems as needed
• The continued development and enhancements
• Identify and assist the Senior Management team to establish priorities
• Document and manage the applications portfolio
• Ensure integration of data with the various websites
• Diagnosing and resolving software issues
