We are looking for an experienced Information Security Specialist to plan, manage and participate in delivering the security aspects of small to large scale technical projects. This includes delivering detailed security designs and the configuration and implementing of security infrastructure and related services.

Role Responsibilities

• ISO27001 audits and compliance responsibility

• Maintain network infrastructure to ensure information security

• Monitor network for possible security breaches

• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events

• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms

• Review reports on incidents and breaches

• Investigate and resolve issues

• Lead client audits and security questionnaires

• Be proactive in developing information security policies and processes to deal with changes in information security

• BS Degree in a relevant area - (Computer Science, Software) or equivalent;

• Certified Industry System Security Professional (CISSP)

• Strong understanding of ISO27001, COBIT 5, PCI-DSS, OWASP, CSA

• Undertake monitoring, configuring and tuning of the security monitoring tools as required, including IDS/IPS, NextGen Firewalls, AV, SIEM, FIM, and consume threat intelligence feeds

• Experience in vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

• Enterprise Firewalls & IDS/IPS

• Preparation of documentation on configuration and procedures for security systems;

• Knowledge and experience in delivering and securing cloud-based solutions and services including Microsoft Azure

• Certified in PCI-DSS QSA

• Recent experience in certification and accreditation of IRAP certification

• Australian Citizenship required to work across specific client accounts
