SAP SRM/HR Org Structure Integration Consultant

• SAP HR Organisation structure & integration to SRM
• SAP SRM, Material Management, Procure to pay, design, develop, configure and test.

Must Have:

• Experience in HR organisation structure integration with SRM.
• Functional and technical expertise in SRM, ECC Enhancement packs, Material management, Procure to pay.
• Functional and technical expertise in complex workflow approval determination.
• Experience in testing third-party interface integration.
• Experience in developing and maintaining SAP Functional and technical specification
• Experience working with Agile Methodologies

Main Activities:

• Developing and maintaining SAP design and technical specification documents
• Conducting unit, integration, and UAT testing to validate functionality
• Supporting end-users Acceptance Testing activities
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to finalise the design, build of the new solution.

Technical Skills:

• Specialist technical and functional knowledge of ECC HR Organisation structure, concurrent employment, HR organisation structure integration.
• Experience working with SRM 7.0 and ECC 6.0 Enhancement pack.
• Worked as a consultant on a minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP implementations including all phases of a project lifecycle: analysis, design, configuration/development of SAP Procurement functionalities, training, migration, cutover, and go-live support.
• Must have excellent documentation skills to define the functional requirements through functional specs or CR's (change requirements).
• Must have good working knowledge of the SAP PI system and IDOC's processing. Must have experience working with interfaces (monitoring) between SAP and Non SAP systems

Desired Skills:

• Deep functional experience in third party catalogue integration.
• Experience of Remedy Incident Management
• Knowledge of Change Management processes
• Knowledge of testing tools like HPALM
