This is a full-time one-year position with the possibility of extension that is primarily focused on assisting in the design, migration and support of Office 365 products within Costa’s corporate network. You will be the in-house subject matter expert for all things Office 365.

Working within the Technology Group you will be an excellent communicator with attention to detail and be a valued team player in a vibrant environment that is dedicated to excellent customer service. This role will have a high exposure to critical projects and on-going network improvements.

Main duties

• Responsible for the technical implementation of Office 365 and support of the Office 365 tenancy, working with team members to develop the solution path for migration from on-premise solution to Office 365 operating in cloud (Hybrid Model).
• Educate and assist in the upskill of IT Support and End User Services for all demands related to Office 365.
• Provide support for the End Users and IT team on the Office 365 platform. Underpinned by need to train as you go – upskill internal team
• Conduct user training to help users gain greater productivity from the network services being offered

Qualifications

• Experience in building Hybrid environment with Office 365 - Exchange Online, Office 365 and other services and integration with on-premise environment.
• At least 5 years commercial experience
• Microsoft certification is essential – this is not negotiable and applications without this will not be considered
• Bachelor degree in IT or relevant field
